RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Thursday announced the five-member commentary panel for the three-match T20I series between Pakistan and Sri Lanka.

PCB confirmed the announcement in a social media post.

“The voices behind the action. Commentary panel for the KFC Presents Bank Alfalah Pakistan vs Sri Lanka T20I Series 2026 commencing tomorrow,” the caption of the post read.

The panel includes former Pakistan captain Salman Butt, alonside ex-cricketers Urooj Mumtaz, Aamir Sohail and Bazid Khan. Sri Lanka commentator Roshan Abeysinghe also features in the panel while Zainab Abbas will serve as the presenter for the series.

The series starts at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium on Friday, 9 October with the second and third T20Is scheduled for 11 and 13 October at the same venue.

Pakistan lead the head-to-head record, winning 18 of their 31 T20Is against Sri Lanka, who have won 13. The tour also marks Sri Lanka’s first visit to Pakistan for a bilateral limited overs series since 2019.

After the T20I series, England will join Pakistan and Sri Lanka in an ODI tri-series, with matches scheduled in Rawalpindi and Lahore from October 18 to 31.
