LAHORE: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a 15-player squad for the ACC Under-19 Asia Cup 2025 in Dubai from December 12 to 21. Farhan Yousaf has been named captain, leading the team with high expectations.
Pakistan has been placed in Group A along with India, Qualifier 1, and Qualifier 3. This means Group A consists of four teams: Pakistan, India, Qualifier 1, and Qualifier 3. Group B consists of Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, and Qualifier 2. The 50-over tournament serves as an important warm-up for the ICC Under-19 World Cup 2026, to be co-hosted by Zimbabwe and Namibia.

Pakistan opens against Qualifier 3 on December 12 at The Sevens Stadium, then faces India on December 14 at ICC Academy Ground, and finishes group play versus Qualifier 1 on December 16. The semi-finals are on December 19, and the final is on December 21.
Farhan Yousaf, 18, impressed last year and topped Lahore Region Whites with 369 runs, including a century. Usman Khan, vice-captain, scored 429 runs for FATA, featuring two hundreds.
The squad will assemble in Karachi for a preparatory camp before traveling to Dubai. Pakistan aims to surpass its semi-final exit from the previous edition under Farhan’s leadership.
