The Pakistan Super League is set to welcome a fresh contender as the Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen have officially unveiled their team jersey for the upcoming 11th edition of the PSL. Alongside fellow newcomers Sialkot Stallionz, Hyderabad’s debut is creating buzz among cricket enthusiasts.
Taking to social media, the franchise showcased a bold black jersey accented with gold, reflecting strength and elegance. “Designed for conquest. Threaded with legacy. Introducing the official home jersey of the Hyderabad Kingsmen,” the team announced.
The Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen joined the PSL after being acquired by Fawad Sarwar’s Kingsmen Group. The franchise rights were secured with a winning bid of Rs1.75 billion (around $6.25 million), marking a significant milestone for the league’s expansion.
On the sporting front, the Kingsmen have been actively assembling a competitive squad ahead of their debut season. They retained young talents like Saim Ayub, Usman Khan, Maaz Sadaqat, and Akif Javed, while also signing Australian star batter Marnus Labuschagne directly. This combination of local promise and international experience aims to make the team a formidable contender.

Complementing the players, Hyderabad has built a strong coaching team. Former Australia fast bowler Jason Gillespie will lead as head coach, bringing international expertise and tactical acumen to the squad.
